- JEM STUDIOS accept return & exchange only for the following reasons:
1. Incorrect item
2. Defective item
For incorrect or defective items, we have a 7 day return policy, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Item must be in their original condition.
- Client will have to bear the cost of return postage charges for returned products that we receive and if requested to be resend or returned back again to the client.
- Self pick-up option is available at JEM STUDIOS by appointment only. Please set an appointment with us if you would like to opt for a self pick-up of the final products.
- Proof of defect must be verified by JEM STUDIOS to be eligible for return & exchange.
- Bookings and deposit are non-refundable in the event of any cancellation of the photoshoot session by the client.
