Terms & Conditions

- Best time to shoot maternity is within 30 -36 weeks.

- Best time to shoot newborn photography is within 5-20 days old.

- Best time to shoot baby photography is 3-7 months.

- Best time to shoot toddler photography is 8 months & above.

- RM50 additional surcharge for weekends / public holiday photoshoot session.

- We provide studio / door service in Selangor & KL less than 50km for newborn photography only.

- For baby, toddler, maternity & family photography are encouraged to come by our studio located at USJ 1, Subang Jaya.

For newborn photography door service, kindly check our transportation charges as below:

- RM50 surcharge on transportation fees for less than 20km from our studio.

- RM80 surcharge on transportation fees for 20 - 30km from our studio.

- RM100 surcharge on transportation fees for 30 - 40km from our studio.

- RM150 surcharge on transportation fees for 40 - 50km from our studio.

- We do not provide newborn photography service outskirt of Selangor & KL area for more than 50km.

- We do not accept last minute appointment rescheduling. Kindly inform JEM STUDIOS at least 3 days in advance prior to your scheduled appointment for rescheduling. 

- In the event of emergency, kindly inform JEM STUDIOS no later than 3 hours prior to the start time of the photography session. In the event of this happening, there will be penalty charges incurred.

- Prices are subject to change without notice, place your booking today to secure the current packages/prices 

- Appointment slots are on a first-come, first-served basis. JEM STUDIOS is required to collect 50% deposit payment to secure your appointment session.

- Remaining balance payment must be made via online bank transfer to JEM STUDIOS after the photoshoot session and before the photo sharing process.

- All prices stated are non-negotiable.

- Goods sold are not refundable but exchangeable to other package.

- Bookings and deposit are non-refundable in the event of any cancellation of the photoshoot session.

- Promo package may not be stacked with any other sale / discount / promo / offer.

- We do not accept walk in customer to book a session with us, it's required to book an appointment with us via WhatsApp / Instagram / Facebook platform under JEM STUDIOS @jemstudios.co

- You are required to choose and confirm theme selection from our theme catalogue at least 1-2 days prior to the session.

- Take note that 1 theme = 1 costume. Please make sure to specify the theme selection according to the package you have purchased from JEM STUDIOS.

- JEM STUDIOS will use best judgement to make full arrangements for the session. If you have an idea of certain types of photos or poses required differ from our portfolio, please discuss at least 1 week prior to the session.

- RTK & PCR test result is not covered by JEM Studios. Client must bare the costing of the test result for 2 pax (1 Photographer + 1 Assistant). Kindly reach us out if you have request.

- Take note that the props & outfits of the theme is subject to availability. There will be slight minor adjustment of styling as long as we deliver the theme provided.

- If you are unhappy at any time during the photoshoot session, please let the photographer know as soon as possible so that any issues can be discussed and resolved on the spot during the shooting session.

- The duration of the photoshoot session is depends on the package you've sign up for, kindly do refer back to the package details you've book with us. In case if baby is cranky / fussy during the photoshoot session and is unable to complete all themes in maximum time session, you may extend the photoshoot hour rate. Please refer to our add on menu for additional photoshoot hour rate.

- We have the right to change / adjust the package on site if baby is unable to cooperate throughout the shooting session.

- Remaining balance payment must be made via online bank transfer to JEM STUDIOS after the photoshoot session and before the photo sharing process.

- All high-resolution photos (softcopy) will be shared to client via Google Drive link.

1) Non-edited photos taken: 2-3 working days after the session & balance payment.

2) Edited photos: 2-3 weeks after client shared the chosen photos to be edited.

3) Final Products: 1-2 weeks after client is approved to proceed with the printing.

- We only cover for standard delivery for photo prints & USB only.

- For canvas print, photo album & photo frame, it's required to collect your product(s) at our studio. 

- Estimated delivery times are approximate and shall not be of the essence. In the event of unpredictable production delays/defects, JEM STUDIOS shall be granted reasonable additional grace time to satisfy its obligations.
