Delivery & Shipping Policy

- Once balance / full payment is made,  all high-resolution of non-edited photos will be shared to client to choose for editing via Google Drive within 2-3 working days after the session

- Upon receiving the list of photos to be edited from the client, all high-resolution edited photos will be shared via Google Drive to the client within 3-4 weeks for approval to proceed for printing

- Kindly allow 1-2 weeks for prints and products to be ready for shipping upon approval of the client to proceed for printing

- Delivery for prints, albums or any other additional orders may vary and will be advised at time of booking  

- For photo album & frame, it's required to collect your product(s) at our studio

- Estimated delivery times are approximate and shall not be of the essence. In the event of unpredictable production delays/defects, JEM STUDIOS shall be granted reasonable additional grace time to satisfy its obligations

- All packages are inclusive of standard shipping courier fee and does not include same day delivery & shipment return charges. Kindly ensure that the postal address (if different from photoshoot address) is filled in correctly, we are not responsible for any incorrect/incomplete postal address given to us. Additional charges for re-delivery will be applied if parcel is returned to JEM STUDIOS.
- All items will be shipped by EasyParcel (DHL) courier. Kindly do expect an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days once we provide tracking number to the client.

- For those who purchases canvas print, photo frame or photo album are required to come to our studio for collection or arrange same day delivery via Lalamove, delivery fee should be bare by client.
- Once parcel is shipped from our side, the liability of the parcel lies with the courier service and we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel. Please contact the courier service provider immediately for any missing parcel / non-updated tracking status by the courier service provider.
- Self pick-up option is available at JEM STUDIOS by appointment only. Please set an appointment with us if you would like to opt for a self pick-up of the final products.
